Jonathan practices law at Frost Brown Todd, and has emerged as a leading legal expert on industrial hemp issues after helping to secure state and federal legislation to legalize the crop and representing hemp farmers in US Federal District Court to secure the importation of hemp seeds during the first year of Farm Bil-authorized pilot programs.
